Kyle Okamoto is the Chief Technology Officer at Aethir: the leading decentralized enterprise-grade cloud computing network. With over 20 years of experience in cloud and edge computing, digital media, IoT and AI, Kyle’s leadership has been pivotal in scaling growth businesses and driving technological innovation at Aethir.

Before joining Aethir, Kyle served as the General Manager of Aeris Communications and Ericsson’s enterprise businesses, overseeing Internet of Things, Security, and Connected Vehicle portfolio companies. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of Edge Gravity, a global edge cloud platform facilitating cloud gaming, AI, and media and entertainment applications. Kyle’s extensive experience also includes his tenure as Chief Network Officer of Verizon Media and his role as a founding member of Verizon Digital Media Services, which grew to a multi-billion dollar business before its acquisition by Private Equity.

In addition to his work with Aethir, Kyle is an early investor and advisor to Theta Labs, holds board positions in various technology companies and non-profit organizations, and is an active angel investor and advisor in the venture capital and private equity spaces. Kyle holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.

David Wesson is an engineer by trade, serial entrepreneur, and prolific inventor with over 100 patents and patents pending. In his own startups and companies has held multiple executive positions; VP, CEO, Founder, Advisor, Board Member and Chairman. He is currently a partner in another VC firm with a focus on energy, solar, wind, battery tech, and ESG/decarbonization. He has a passion for startups, early-stage companies and new technology.

Magnus began his career in London as a hedge fund CTO. He managed the company’s technology and was responsible for designing and implementing technology solutions to cover the whole business and to allow seamless work flows across offices in 4 continents. After helping scale the company to over $1 billion in AUM he moved to Colorado. He then founded and acts as CEO of a tech firm in Aspen. He is also the director of a residential and commercial real estate firm which has completed many projects across the US and Europe. He enjoys learning about new technology.

Jonathan Lubert is the Founder and Managing Member of JL Squared Group, LLC. Mr. Lubert’s

primary responsibility is to manage the portfolio of underlying funds and other assets managed by JL Squared Group. These assets include IL Hedge Investments, LLC and IL Hedge Restricted Portfolio, LLC – both structured as fund of hedge funds. Mr. Lubert has managed IL Hedge Investments since its inception in 2003. Mr. Lubert was also an owner and active advisor to the Valley Forge Casino and Resort before its successful sale in 2019. In addition, Mr. Lubert has been, and is currently involved in the structuring, management and allocation of multiple private investment opportunities. 

Mr. Lubert’s previous experience includes a leverage finance investment banking position at Bear Stearns. Mr. Lubert is currently an advisory board member of the American Infrastructure MLP Fund and previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of JetPay Corporation (NASDAQ Ticker: JTPY) and the Valley Forge Casino and Resort which he helped sell. 

Mr. Lubert is currently involved with the Board of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and The Lubert Family Foundation. Mr. Lubert was a member of YPO until he moved from Pennsylvania to Florida. Mr. Lubert has endured a long battle with Lyme Disease in the past 4 years

that has caused him to pull back from his normal activities. This experience has led to a new passion and focus on philanthropy and family. Mr. Lubert’s educational background includes a B.S. in Business Administration which was earned with highest distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Mr. Lubert lives in Naples, FL with his wife Allison, who recently sold her allergen-free bakery called Sweet Freedom Bakery, their 13 year-old son, Chase and their 11 year-old twins, Emme and Juliet.

Dave Holland is an emergency medicine doctor and entrepreneur. After getting his medical degree from the University of Missouri he spent the past decade practicing medicine and honing his investment skills.  He has co-founded businesses in commercial real estate and a precious metals company which integrates blockchain technology. He is passionate about deeply exploring new technology and bringing innovative people together. Logos Capital is a team of over 20 people who also share this vision. Dan Lapidus is an emergency medicine physician with extensive experience in healthcare operations and developing innovative healthcare solutions. He completed medical training at Cornell and Harvard before working in operations at a large healthcare organization where he led projects in telehealth, patient engagement, and innovative billing approaches. He has also completed an MBA at the University of Colorado. He is excited to join the Logos team where he brings an interest in teaming with innovative healthcare entrepeneurs.

Originally from South Africa, Rhyno is a founding member of C4SM and entrepreneur with start-ups in healthcare and real estate ventures. He attended the College of Charleston and later the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with a BSPT degree in 1996. Rhyno has extensive experience in idea development, strategic thinking, and building healthy, productive teams. He says, “Sound Money is an essential ingredient in a sound economy. At C4SM, we aim to change this at all levels through our advocacy and integration efforts.”

Mitch Birt is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in the care of the upper extremity and sports injuries. He maintains a current clinical practice. He is also an investor in ambulatory surgical centers in the Midwest. He sits on multiple committees including supply chain optimization and implant contracting.
He has further experience with healthcare and utilizing AI to improve physician and hospital workflow as well as patient engagement. His orbit revolves around leveraging AI within the health system. Current uses for improving clinical documentation with health information management along with improving work flows using AI generated clinical notes and scribes. He has worked with the EPIC EMR to build an automated collection and tracking of patient reported outcome measures.
As health care evolves, he is focused on the crossover of hospitality and medical care.

A spirited first-generation Cuban American, my journey is driven by my family’s history of achieving financial freedom after their escape from Cuba.

My career initially began in the realm of political activism. I dedicated significant time as a consultant and campaign manager, passionately advocating for civil liberties. While completing a master’s degree in Government with concentrations in Public Administration and Political Theory, I also worked as an insurance agent with the Knights of Columbus, an experience that further honed my understanding of financial systems.

A foray into Wall Street as a stockbroker provided critical insights into the limitations of the traditional financial sector, prompting a return to my roots in politics and policy advocacy. In my current role as Executive Director of Citizens for Sound Money, I lead initiatives that promote sound money principles through public policy, education, and community engagement. I bring to this role a wide-ranging background in finance, politics, and non-profit management, and am focused on shaping a national dialogue that aims for a stable and economically prosperous future for all.

Through Mining Life LLC and Meta Gold Miners Club, I am also engaged in crypto mining and digital collectibles. Both ventures are designed to demystify complex financial technologies and offer pathways to financial literacy and independence.

Robert Davidoff brings over two decades of experience of technology and business across industries such as energy, cryptocurrency, blockchain, finance, government, and e-commerce.
